Okay, I know this week is considered dead days — I looked it up and google says the days between December 25th and January 1st are dead days and then it said “dead days, when spirits roam and magic shifts restlessly just beneath the surface of our lives.”
So I thought, sounds like a great time to check in over on Instagram. I’ll be going live, saying hello, checking in with you and talking about the new year a bit. Really, I want to stay committed to my practice all the way through the end of the year and if that sounds like you, then join me on over there!
